There is a rare opportunity to visit Runnymede Sculpture Farm has over 160 outdoor, often monolithic sculptures. Unfortunately, it is privately owned and not often open to the public. The Woodside Sustainability & Conservation Committee and the Portola Valley Sustainability Committee have organized a wonderful event showcasing the environment and sustainability. There will be plenty of fun and learning for the whole family. The event will also have an Awards Presentation for the Woodside Environmental Champion and Heritage Tree Awards. Music will be provided by the Grateful Dads and Friends and you can walk around the beautiful grounds and enjoy the sculptures. The Happy Birds Performing Parrot Show for kids and all bird lovers will also go on from 1-1:30pm. Come and join us celebrate sustainability at the Runnymede Sculpture Farm in Woodside!

Date: April 27th 2013. Time: 11am to 3pm. Attendance is limited and advance tickets are required. Tickets are $10 until April 19 ($12 after) and are available at Woodside Town Hall and Portola Valley Town Hall. No tickets will be sold the day of the event. To get there head northwest on Canada Road to Turn left on Runnymede just before Canada Road goes under the 280 overpass. The entrance will be on your left.

Cycling and carpooling to the event are encouraged. Each cyclist will receive a $2 cash gift. Event parking is along Runnymede Road. Wear comfortable hiking attire and bring your own water bottle.
